Vendors
The Bannock County Event Complex hosts the perfect places to showcase your products, food, and services to thousands of guests. Our vendor spaces give local businesses and organizations the chance to connect directly with the community in a fun, lively atmosphere. From concerts and festivals at The Port, to horse races and one of the largest 4th of July celebrations in Idaho, you’ll have the opportunity to reach a wide audience and build lasting connections.
Whether you’re a food truck, artisan, or community group, we welcome you to be part of these exciting events. Please note that vendor participation is first come, first served, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity or sales. The Bannock County Event Complex also reserves the right to decline vendor participation if necessary.
Requirements
- All vendors must contact the Food & Beverage Manager to complete the application.
- Proof of current insurance must be on file.
- Applicable fees must be paid prior to setup.
- Vendors are not permitted to sell on the property without an invitation.
- Vendors invited by outside sources are required to pay the monthly fee and complete an application with the Bannock County Event Complex. Once approved, you will be placed on our call list for Bannock County–specific events.
Vendor Fees
- 4th of July (Power provided, further instruction within one month of event)
