Under no circumstances are you permitted to download, copy, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute information found on this website unless authorized in writing by Bannock County.

Bannock County strives to provide the best possible service but makes no guarantees that the site will be free from all errors and/or viruses, nor does Bannock County guarantee uninterrupted service. Bannock County will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the site, including direct or indirect, incidental and punitive, and consequential damages.

DISPUTES

Users of the site agree that any dispute arising out of the use of the site will be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

INDEMNIFICATION

The Bannock County site may not be used for any commercial purposes without prior written permission from Bannock County.

VIOLATION OF TERMS

Bannock County may release information collected about you if required by law or subpoena or if the information is required to release to address any unlawful or harmful activity. Bannock County will also, without prior notice, terminate your access to the site if Bannock County believes the information you provided has violated or is inconsistent with the terms of use or violates the rights of Bannock County or other parties.
